The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Addition of the Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Farming" (re the Specification of the Family Relations that give the Right to be the participants of the Economic Activity)"

Legislative Act is added by the article 3 of the Law "On Farming" by the new part according to which to the members of the families and relatives of the Chairman of the farm would be referred wife, husband, children, grandfather, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-grandfather, grandchildren, stepmother, stepfather, stepson, stepdaughter, cousins, uncles and aunts as front he part of the Chairperson the farming enterprise as on the part of his/her wife/husband.

A relevant bill is registered under №4746.
